We offer one to one life coaching experience to individuals already successfully employed. Individuals wonder : “What more is out there for me? Can I dream a better me ? Can I achieve it? Who can I work with to succeed ?”

Life Coaching at Dr. Agarwal Coaching is based on a special alliance between the client and coach. The coach learns about the client’s life, interests, desires and dreams. Coach also explains the coaching process in sufficient detail to gain client’s confidence and form a functioning alliance. This alliance creates a fertile space for the client to share with the coach their strengths, potentials, and beautiful dreams they feel comfortable exploring together. This allows the client to identify steps towards achieving this dream. Together they chart an action plan which is realistic and is specific in details of steps to complete and in time frame. The coach helps the client stretch in ways the client may not imagine possible to achieve their goal. The two commit to keeping this agreement. Accomplishing specific steps is rewarding to the client and the coach alike.

The special Client/coaching Alliance, self discovery of strengths, and dreams, and exploring concrete steps to achieve them, followed by committing to action plan together is what makes coaching a marvelous experience for both. This is what makes coaching a unique experience for both the coach and the client

Our program uses phone and/or on line conversations weekly or once every two weeks as our method of coaching. Sessions last approximately an hour each. We are flexible in working with clients.

Our fees:

Free introductory 30 minute consultation.

Individual sessions: $ 150.00/ hour.

50% discount for first three sessions when signed up and paid together.
